Contact form
If you use the contact form, we send your name, email address, subject and message by email to our mailbox. These details are used only to handle your enquiry. No database record is created: your message exists only as an email, and stays in our mailbox as long as handling your enquiry requires.
Server log files
Our hosting provider automatically creates log files when the site is accessed. These usually contain the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and details of the browser and operating system. This data is required for technical operation and security, and is not combined with any other source.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or tracking services. No audience measurement takes place and no profiles are created. A session cookie is set only for administrators who sign in to manage events, and never for ordinary visitors.
Videos
Event videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you choose to play a video: until then, the page shows only a still image stored on our own server. Once you press play, YouTube receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy terms rather than ours.
Other third-party services
Apart from the videos described above, this website loads no third-party content. No maps, fonts, analytics tools or social media widgets are embedded. The typefaces are served from our own server. The Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook links in the header and footer are ordinary links: you leave this site only when you click them.

You have the right to information about the personal data we process, and to have it corrected or deleted. Please write to the address given above.
